Do you aspire to become a Software Architect, Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.? Then you are hereby invited to come and clarify your career path together with an experienced Technical Manager.

As Bernhard Righold says in the video above, he has already taken many steps forward in his career. On November 8 he will talk more about this at our office in Capelle, including details about the sort of projects he has worked on, coaching he has had, and how he started in the role he is in now. In Eindhoven, another  consultant will present their own career path within ALTEN. Where was this consultant when they started at ALTEN? Where did they want to go, what were the options? And how have they progressed towards their goals, using which resources?

Following that, a workshop will take place where an experienced Technical Manager will work with you to outline your personal career and work experience up to this point. Based on that, you will explore where you want to grow and how you can achieve it.

After the workshop, an ALTEN consultant will discuss leadership and coaching of experienced developers. To wrap up, there will be an informal gathering for networking and conversation over refreshments, where we would love to get to know you better.
