Your onboarding process
At the start you will participate in ‘the joiners days’, led by Business and Technical Managers. You meet colleagues and build your network. You will gain insight into the company culture and all the necessary information for successful integration into your role.
Management of your skills
We support consultants with specific in-house training. Topics include work package management, assertiveness, cross-functional management and more. We also offer certification courses to improve your technical skills.
Your development opportunities
Your manager will schedule regular follow-up and appraisal meetings to evaluate your professional goals and establish development and training plans. Together with your manager, you will choose from four available career paths, such as project management, expertise, business and support roles, and create a specific goal and development plan to achieve that goal.
