We’re looking for a Communications Officer that will work closely with the Benelux Team Leader to develop and deploy the communications action plans in The Netherlands. Your key role is to produce, organise, measure, and ensure the right quality of deliveries.

 

Responsibilities

 

Event and animation plan organisation

  • Organise various internal engaging events (informative, fun & technical);
  • Organise customer events and seminars to support the Business team;
  • Take part in the job and professional fairs organisation;
  • Support the Recruitment Team in the deployment of campus & students-oriented actions;
  • Manage merchandising material.

 

Content creation

  • Creating digital content for internal & external use (newsletters, articles, videos, presentations…);
  • Developing the internal ambassadors’ communities.

 

Activity management

  • Define with team leader and deploy the yearly communications plans;
  • Manage budget, expenses & KPI.

 

Projects leading

  • Take part in regional or international transversal projects.

Your profile

  • From 0 to 2 years of professional experience;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Creative, proactive, well organized;
  • Autonomous.

 

There will be occasional travel to our other offices: Capelle aan den Ijssel, Apeldoorn and Amstelveen.
