As a Corporate Recruiter at ALTEN you will support a team of Business Managers in fulfilling vacancies. You will focus on the recruitment of higher educated professionals who will be employed within our organization.
You will approach the candidates and conduct the first interviews. In addition, you are responsible for the further application process. You ensure that this process runs smoothly and quickly and that all parties involved are kept informed of progress.
Besides the operational part, you are closely involved in all other recruitment related aspects. You can think of the organization of fairs, events, open evenings, but also of maintaining contacts with colleges, universities and study associations. The Finance team plays an important role in accounting for and controlling the financial processes and results of our organization. The team consisting of Controllers, Accountants and Office Managers operates from three of our offices in the Netherlands. Together they are responsible for processing invoices, preparing financial reports and monitoring administrative processes.

The HR team of ALTEN Netherlands operates from three locations and consists of 9 employees. The team takes care of a complete and up-to-date personnel administration. Each team member has an area of focus. For example, specialization in sick leave, fleet management, pension contracts and regulations for expats and international contracts.
The Communications department within ALTEN focuses on both internal communications for all our employees, as well as labor market communications and marketing (targeting our customers). The team is responsible for creating content, which you can find at our website and social media. They also organize events, such as our Test or Innovation seminar for clients and round tables and in addition to various types of events for candidates (from professional sessions to open evenings). In short, the activities of the Communications Department are very diverse and challenging!
The Facilities team provides support in various areas within ALTEN. Of course they are responsible for the building management, the interior and all additional facilities. All the offices of ALTEN have the same look and feel and are equipped with all the comforts to make working from one of our offices as pleasant as possible. They also coordinate events, catering and reception.
Our IT department is responsible for our IT infrastructure, security, the associated hardware and helpdesk to support our colleagues.
