C# Software Engineer

We are seeking a C# Software Engineer for an innovative and fast-growing organization in the mechanical engineering sector.

In this role, you will work on the development of a new generation of machines and software solutions, playing a key role in designing a new user interface (HMI) and contributing to the further professionalization of the software development environment.

You will be working in a high-tech setting where PLC-controlled systems are combined with modern software development—a unique blend of industrial automation and advanced software engineering.

The role

• Designing and developing a new HMI (WPF-based).
• Helping to build a scalable and future-proof software architecture.
• Accelerating development and contributing to a successful product launch.
• Collaborating with engineers and technical stakeholders.
• Improving code quality, testing approaches, and maintainability.
• Contributing to the implementation of modern software practices (CI/CD, automation, documentation).
• Working on the integration between core software and customer-specific functionalities.

Your Profile

• 4–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of:
• C#
• .NET / .NET Core
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• Entity Framework Core
• MQTT
• Solid understanding of software architecture and best practices
• Structured and quality-oriented approach to work

Nice to have

• Experience with PLC / industrial automation
• Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., Blazor)
• Interest in modernizing software environments
• Tech stack – You will work with a modern stack, including:
• .NET 9 / 10
• Entity Framework Core (SQLite)
• Dependency Injection
• Serilog (logging)
• MQTT
• QuestPDF, CSV, Humanizer
