PCB Engineer
The Position
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior PCB Design Engineer to lead the design and development of complex, high-speed and multilayer PCBs within a high-tech engineering environment. You will play a key role in delivering robust, high-reliability electronic designs, working closely with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing.
As a PCB Engineer, your main tasks will include:
- Design and develop complex electronic schematics, including component selection and circuit simulation.
- Execute PCB layout for multilayer boards, with a strong focus on high-speed, analog, and impedance-controlled routing.
- Ensure optimal signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC performance throughout the design process.
- Define and optimize PCB stack-ups in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
- Prepare complete design documentation, including Gerber/ODB++, BOM, and production files .
- Lead and facilitate design reviews, ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (firmware, mechanical, production) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Support debugging, validation, and testing of prototypes.
- Mentor and coach junior and medior engineers in PCB design best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in professional PCB design.
- Strong expertise in Siemens Xpedition (preferred) or Altium Designer.
- Proven experience with complex multilayer PCBs and high-reliability applications.
- Solid understanding of high-speed design principles, EMC/EMI, and manufacturing constraints.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
