Mind you, the approach we use is not set in stone. It is a means to work as efficiently as possible. You will reap the benefits of it. The approach is flexible enough to be adjusted to processes that work for you. Communication is the key to success.

One aspect of the approach we want to explain briefly, so as to give an idea: its meeting structure.

Each project has a steering committee in which the management of ALTEN and the ADC discuss the project together with you on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Its progress and budget, resourcing and quality, as well as risks and opportunities. The project team also consults with you periodically. For example, sprint demos to show the progress; project manager meetings to discuss the project’s status, barriers, and dependencies; the retrospective; and meetings for technical alignment. Communication on all levels ensures your project keeps getting the attention it needs.
