Implementing SAFe® 4.6 with SPC Certification
About the Training
During this exclusive four-day training, you will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), as well as the five core competencies of the Lean Enterprise. You will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and a Lean Portfolio. The first two days of the Training – Leading SAFe® – will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise.
Becoming a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, will enable you to coach and guide the enterprise to s쳮d in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation.
This training will be held exclusively for our clients and will not be a public event.

Attendees typically include internal change agents, external consultants and managers and leaders responsible for implementing agile programs as part of an enterprise Lean-Agile change initiative.
Prerequisites
To earn your SAFe® Program Consultant certificate you are required to complete the four day Implementing SAFe® 4.6 with SPC Certification Course from an Authorized Scaled Agile Trainer and pass the online Implementing SAFe® 4.6 with SPC Certification exam. Although 5+ years of management experience is highly recommended, there are no required prerequisites to participate in the Implementing SAFe® 4.6 with SPC Certification Course.
Exam Details
The Implementing SAFe® 4.6 with SPC Certification exam is administered online and sent via email after attendance is recorded and reported by your Scaled Agile Instructor. The link is sent 24-48 hours after class concludes. You have 30 day access to the exam and 2 hours to complete the exam once started. The exam is in multiple choice format.
