As a Mechatronics Engineer you will work on, among other things, mechatronic design, machine dynamics, sensors, precision technology and various forms of control.

Projects
Your responsibilities are quite diverse. In this role, depending on your main expertice you will, your responsibilities will include designing innovative mechanical solutions, seamlessly integrating electrical and electronic components into the mechatronic system, and utilizing programming skills to develop software solutions for mechatronic systems. In addition you will ensure cohesive integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into high-performing mechatronic systems, and utilize CAD software to design and model mechanical components and assemblies.

Education

  • You have a completed education at HBO/WO level Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.

Experience
You have experience with and knowledge of:

  • Mechanical Design and design software like Siemens NX, Solidworks, Creo
  • Programming languages such as: C++, Python or VHDL
  • Electronics Design and software like Spice, Altium or Eagle, E-plan or Zuken, or similar

Optional
It is not a requirement, but you have an advantage if you have experience with / knowledge of:

  • Testing and integration.
  • 3D and 2D Mechanical design
  • Sensor systems
  • Object oriented programming
