ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst
ISTQB is the worldwide leader in the certification of competencies in software testing. In order to promote its activities, ISTQB collaborates with businesses in more than 100 countries. The ALTEN Group was ISTQB’s first Global partner, the highest possible form of cooperation.
ISTQB provides three levels of training. Particularly the Advanced and Expert levels are useful for test professionals, whilst the Foundation level is a perfect basis for both test and software engineers, for requirement engineers and for anyone involved in managing software projects.
The ISTQB Advanced Test Analysist training is intended for those who have ample experience in testing and who now wish to enter more deeply into matters such as the testing process, test techniques, software quality tests, reviews and defect management.
This four-day training comprises the following topics:
- Testing Process
- Test Management
- Test Techniques
- Reviews
- Software Quality Testing
- Defect Management
- Test tools
Practical examples are provided and exam questions are discussed during the training. The participants are expected to study on their own during the evening. On day 4 participants sit a mock exam, followed by the actual exam after the lunch break. In order to sit the exam, participants are required to produce their Foundation Level Certified Tester certificate.
Upon passing the exam, participants are awarded an internationally recognised certificate! Duration, number of participants and training location
The training comprises four days (including an exam). The maximum number of participants depends on where the training is provided, which can be on site at the client’s address or in one of our own training centres. This training will be held on the following dates:
