Boost your career with the ALTEN Accelerate Program. This program has been developed for Dutch Speaking software engineers who already have several years of experience and are ready for the next step. Do you have the ambition to grow into a software architect or project manager?

The ALTEN Accelerate Program is specifically designed for experienced software engineers with three to five years of experience and are fluent in Dutch. Over a period of one to three years, you will follow the Accelerate Program at a pace that suits you and at the same time gain relevant experience in our innovative projects in the high-tech industry. To be eligible for the ALTEN Accelerate Program, you go through a selection procedure. The technical experience you bring with you is of course important, but we pay particular attention to the potential you have and the drive you show to make it a success together. The course of the program is in your hands: your prior knowledge and commitment determine the speed with which you go through it and which subjects receive the most effort and coaching.
