Product Owner

Product Owner is the most crucial role in the Scrum framework. The Product Owner has to prioritise, focus, work closely with the team, balance between the different needs of stakeholders, customers, end users and the Scrum Team, and ensure maximum return on investment.

In this dynamic, two-day training, the participant is introduced to the role of Product Owner. What tasks and responsibilities belong to this role? Which challenges are on the participants’ path, both in their organisation and in the Scrum team? The participant also gets to work with tools and methods (canvasboard, personas, gathering problems & design thinking) to respond to the wishes of the customer and user.

After attending the training, the participant has a clear picture of the role of Product Owner and can excel in this role in practice. After this training, the participant can be certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner, PSPO-I.

Duration and number of participants

The training takes two days and requires a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants. After completing the course, participants will receive an exam voucher to schedule and complete the certification exam at their convenience.
