Product Owner is the most crucial role in the Scrum framework. The Product Owner prioritises, sharpens focus, works in close cooperation with the team, balances between the stakeholders’ various needs, customers, end users, the Scrum team, and ensures maximum return on investment.
During this dynamic, two-day training course, participants are introduced to the role of Product Owner. Which tasks and responsibilities does this role entail? What challenges can one expect, both in the organisation and in the Scrum team, along the way? Participants will also set to work with tools & methods (canvas board, personas, gathering problems & design thinking) so as to respond to the wishes of customers & end users.
After completing the training, participants will have a clear picture of the role of Product Owner and have the ability to excel in this role. Furthermore, participants will be in a position to obtain the Professional Scrum Product Owner Certification (PSO I ).
