Leading SAFe

Leading SAFe is designed to equip current or aspiring leaders and coaches with the knowledge and skills to drive agile transformation. If you work in a leadership or management role, Leading SAFe can give you the language, foundational understanding, and tools to lead change effectively.

Take a Leading SAFe course to discover how companies can build business agility and how to make SAFe work inside your organisation. You’ll come away with an understanding of how to align your entire organisation around the same clear objectives, and how to improve the flow of value and work from strategy to delivery. You’ll learn what makes companies more customer-centric and how to run key SAFe alignment and planning events, like PI planning.

Target group

Anyone with the ambition to guide and coach agile and SAFe transitions. At least two years of working experience in an Agile environment is required.

Knowledge

For this training, candidates must hold the PSM-I certificate.

Duration and number of participants 

The training takes two days and needs to have at least 9 participants. After completing the course, participants will receive an exam voucher to schedule and complete the certification exam at their convenience.
