ISTQB Testing with Generative AI

The ISTQB Testing with Generative AI (CT-GenAI) training covers all aspects of leveraging Generative AI in the testing organisation. The syllabus covers a wide array of topics, including the LLM basics and their inner workings, best practices in prompt engineering, risks associated with Generative AI and how to (partially) mitigate them, how to evaluate LLM answers, best practices in usage and how to maximise added value in existing testing organisations. This training differs from the usual ISTQB training by being very hands-on with many practical exercises and room for experimentation with various LLMs.

Knowledge

To gain this certification, candidates must hold the Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate.

Duration and number of participants 

The training takes three days, including the exam on the final day, and can be provided in either Dutch or English. The exam itself is always administered in English. The maximum number of participants per session is 8 to 10 participants.
