In the capacity of controller and processor, ALTEN Nederland B.V. is responsible for complying with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) when using personal data. In doing so, it will always observe the principles stated in this Regulation. These principles are:

Based on legal obligations and in order to execute agreements, ALTEN Nederland needs to gather, process and retain certain personal data.
