Recruitment intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Eindhoven, starting ideally this September. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the hiring of talented professionals across engineering, IT, and high-tech industries.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, gaining valuable exposure to sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, and candidate management.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will :

• Help draft and post job vacancies on various platforms.
• Screen CVs and select suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and keep candidate databases (ATS) up to date.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Provide support with other HR administrative tasks when needed.

• Is currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Can handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Has a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
