The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Delft.

 

As a Software Engineer, your main tasks will include:

• Leading software development projects for engineering applications, from concept to deployment, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with system requirements;

• Designing and overseeing software architecture for integrated monitoring systems, enabling real-time decision-making and automation;

• Developing algorithms and processing logic that transform raw sensor data and simulation results into actionable insights;

• Mentoring and supporting other engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

 

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

• 5–7 years of experience in programming and software architecture, ideally in the monitoring and automation of mechanical systems;

• Proficient in Python, Go, SQL, C/C++;

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab);

• Experience developing engineering and simulation tools for physical systems or process optimization;

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

• Team player with a strong interest in technology and continuous learning;

• Willingness to occasionally work offshore to support system commissioning and testing.
