Who are we looking for?
- You have completed technical education on HBO or WO level (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Technology, Human Interaction, Embedded Systems).
- Affinity with technical systems
- Experience as a Test Engineer and/or experience with software programming.
- You are critical, curious and dedicated.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
- Pre: you have experience with Gerkin-based frameworks such as SpecFlow, Cucumber, or Robot Framework;
- Pre: you have knowledge of Continuous Integration or build environments such as Jenkins;
- Pre: you have knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++.
- Pre: you have experience with working in an Agile environment.
Other than that:
You have good communicative and social skills and you enjoy taking on technical challenges. Within a variety of projects, your craftsmanship makes all the difference. In addition, you are proactive and you enjoy working in a team.
What can you expect from us?
ALTEN offers a technically challenging environment where your growth is central through the diversity of projects. In addition, we believe that as an engineer you never stop learning, which is why we offer you the opportunity to further develop yourself both personally and professionally. Within our ALTEN Academy we offer trainings that match your ambitions. Our consultants also regularly organise knowledge evenings about new technologies, in which you can take part. Or maybe you would like to organise a knowledge evening yourself with your colleagues?
If, after the interviews, it turns out that you and ALTEN are a good match, we will immediately offer you a permanent contract. As we expect our consultants to be mobile, we offer you the choice between a lease car or a mobility allowance. In addition, we offer a good salary and a standard net expense allowance. We think it is important that you also have time to relax, that is why we give you 27 days off. Not enough? Then you can buy 10 more. You don't have to worry about your pension; we arrange that for you with a non-contributory pension scheme.
To give shape to your ambitions, you will be linked to both a Business Manager and a Technical Manager. Together you determine the course of your career.
