Corporate Recruitment Coördinator | Staff

The function

Are you a result-oriented, outgoing team player who easily connects with others? We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who can lead the selection process of new technical talent in the right direction.

In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process for your region. While your colleagues primarily focus on sourcing, you will take charge of candidates in the process and provide advice to the Business Managers of your Unit. You will collaborate extensively with other departments in the organization and lead the way in the recruitment process. While being part of the Benelux recruitment team, you will be the main contact point for the Business Unit in your region within the Netherlands, acting as a link between recruitment and the business.
Furthermore, you will establish and maintain contact with external parties such as Colleges, Universities, and student associations. You will also organize various external and internal recruitment events, such as open evenings, career fairs, pub quizzes, networking events, and game evenings. Besides organizing, you will actively participate in these events, conducting workshops and being a point of contact for potential candidates.

As a coordinator, you will oversee the entire recruitment process of the unit. You will monitor progress by preparing reports with insights into the status of objectives and act as a point of contact for internal consultants.

Your profile


  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as: Commercial Economics, Business Administration, HRM, (Marketing) Communications, or Hospitality.


  • Analytical;
  • Result-oriented, driven, and proactive mentality.
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience within recruitment;
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.



  • Working experience in the technical sector;
  • Exravert personality
