While you are part of the enthusiastic Benelux Facilities team, as Office Manager Facilities & Events you will have an independent and broad function in which you deal with various personnel, office, travel and back office matters. Together with your colleague you are responsible for internal process management and you have an advisory, steering role within the organization in the field of facilities and events.
Tasks and responsibilities
As Office Manager you are the first point of contact for colleagues concerning all kinds of meetings and events. You are the liaison between the different departments, welcome new colleagues and make sure the offices look presentable.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the purchase of all sorts of items and their administrative processing. You ensure that office supplies are in stock and maintain contact with suppliers and employees.
In addition, you have good communication skills that you can use at all levels within the organization. Because of the international character of our organization, it is important that you have a good knowledge of both English and Dutch.
You are enthusiastic, flexible and have a completed HBO education or HBO work and thinking level, preferably towards Office Management/Hospitality Management. Experience is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.
Moreover, you are structured in your work, know how to set priorities and have knowledge of MS Office. Your proactive approach and service-oriented attitude make you a pleasant colleague to work with.
