Simple, direct, efficient, in only two steps:

The decision for a new employer or first job is an important step. Therefore you first want to fully explore an employer. Can your ambition be realized by ALTEN? What are your options? We wish to inform you about it in person.
We are proud of our extensive network with prominent clients for which we execute very challenging assignments; on-site or at one of our offices. In our open and committed organization with a personal approach we obtain the best for and out of you. We involve you in the development of ALTEN and listen to your input. You develop your skills through various projects and with our ALTEN’S academy courses that fit your ambition. And then there are also of course our knowledge groups, the many social events (usually organized by our own colleagues) and the informal and personal atmosphere. Check out our Facebook page to get an idea of the social side of ALTEN.ALTEN’s offices are located in Eindhoven, Capelle a/d IJssel, Utrecht and Apeldoorn so there is always an office near you is nearby. Recruitment process

Step 1: Either you have seen a job that appeals to you or ALTEN encountered your profile. If we see a good match, one of our recruiters a will contact you as soon as possible.
PS If we see don’t see a good mtach for the vacancy to which you respond? Then you will learn this as soon as possible from us with an explanation. Incidentally, we always look whether you may be suit better to another job within our organization and will discuss this with you. 

Step 2: After the initial call, we are planning:

    • an interview with one of our recruiters, possibly in combination with:
    • a complete application round at one of our offices in your area. Two conversations will take place with business managers and your knowledge and experience are central during these interviews, matched to the work fields of ALTEN. A software (coding) test can be part of the application process. At the end of the three conversations we inform you directly if we can offer you a permanent contract and you can leave our office with our offer.

If we are both convinced that we fit well together, the three interviews can be combined in one visit! By scheduling the interviews efficiently after each other on the same day, it will be clear for you where you stand at the same day.
